The Growth Programme
Rapid sense-making and effective action.
The Growth programme is a 4 month programme programme designed to give you a quick start in tackling your priority issues and opportunities.
A programme of activity over 4 months, totalling 24 contact and support hours.
The contact hours can be taken as sessions lasting 1-4 hours and may include group sessions with a team where appropriate.
Personal purpose; business vision, strategy and execution; operational management and performance.
Includes the design of a bespoke package of support. A blend of coaching, mentoring, consulting and training to suit your needs.
The 24 hour programme is billed at £3,000 plus VAT = £3,600 inc VAT in To
Use the form on this page to book a meeting with Steve. The initial session is long enough to take a deep dive into your world. Reflective and challenging questions will help focus on immediate problems and determine actions, which are for you to take away and work on.
We will agree the timetable for the remaining sessions during the first one. You will need to build in some time between sessions to get stuff done; say 2-3 weeks between sessions to allow time for that. There is some flexibility around the timing and length of sessions to suit your needs.
The fee is £3600 for the programme (that’s £3000 plus VAT.)
You will be asked for a valid credit card to make a booking for the first 1-hour session. An invoice with payment arrangements will be sent to you after the order has been received.
Preparation
Why not take the time to reflect on your ideas, formulate questions, get a sense of your priorities in advance; it’s your valuable time.
Plus; consider where you will be for the call. Plan to use a place that you’re comfortable with and gives sufficient privacy. Think of all the distractions that might make your call less than effective for you, and plan accordingly.
A bit about you
If you can share with Steve some ideas and materials in advance, that will help. A copy of your plan**, a photo of your business model canvas, a link to your website or a copy of your CV may all help. You’ll have to decide what is appropriate. Send it at least 24 hours before your appointment to give Steve a chance to have a look before the session.
**Please note: don’t send a 200 page business plan and financials and expect Steve to read, critique and edit the pages, that won’t happen. This is for a heads up, not a re-write! [Unless of course, you want to engage Steve on a rewrite of your plan. He’d be very happy to put together a proposal.]
